Ib. fresh shrimps
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 onions
2 stalks escallion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 small scotch bonnet pepper
1/4 cup oil |

- Chopped onions, escallion and garlic, place in sauce
pan with oil. Add curry.
- After approximately 2 minutes, add shrimps, salt
and small piece of scotch bonnet. Cook shrimp for
about 5 minutes
- Mix in lemon juice and butter. Shrimp should be
firm but tender.
- Serve hot with white rice and potato salad.
