lb Salted beef
1 lb . callaloo
1/2 lb yam
6 ochroes
2 clove garlic
2 stalks escallion
1 green pepper
2 chocho,sliced
1 sprig fresh thyme |

- Wash and cut salted beef. Put beef in a pressure
cooker with water, cook until beef
is tender.
- When beef is cooked, wash and cut
callaloo into small pieces then add to pot.
- Cut and peel yam, chocho and ochroes and add it
to the pot.
- Add garlic, escallion,
pepper and thyme to pot.
- Add dumplings(optional) to pot. Allow to simmer
until soup is thickened.
