Pork Chops
Ingredients
2 lb. pork chops
1 tsp. salt
4 gloves garlic
1 cup sugar
1 tsp.mustard
Method
Season pork chops with salt and garlic
.
Mix mustard with sugar and rub mixture on both sides of pork chops
.
Place in a baking tin and put in oven
.
Bake at 350° F
.
until done
.
Served with bread or fry dumpling.
